History
Establishment back to the 1820s, and was relocated to its current location in 1832 after a large fire in Takayama City.
創業は1820年代の文化文政期にさかのぼる。1833年の天保大火に見舞われ、現在の壱之町へと移転した。
Bagging operation
After the tea leaves are inspected and bagged by the owner, they are filled with nitrogen gas and depressurized to prevent oxidation.
店主が茶葉を検品し袋詰めした後、減圧窒素充填をします。
